Cashier/Receptionist

The Cashier's responsibilities include greeting customers, accepting payments, answering phone calls and basic office duties. Zeigler believes in promoting from within and providing the opportunity to grow with the company!

Duties & Responsibilities

• Promptly and cheerfully answering and directly incoming phone calls
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution
• Processing customer payments for vehicle purchases, repair orders, and parts invoices
• Assorted miscellaneous office tasks including filing, scanning repair orders, and vehicle stock-ins.
• Assist the accounting office as needed
• Cut purchase orders for fuel
